Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Welcome to InkRoar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InkRoar website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your Account
You must be at least 13 years old to use InkRoar, and at least 18 years old to participate in the monetization and referral programs. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One person, one account — duplicate accounts created to manipulate votes, views, or referral bonuses will be removed.
2. Your Content
You retain full ownership of everything you publish on InkRoar. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content on the Service so readers can find and read it. You can delete your content at any time, which ends this license except for cached copies and content others have legally shared.
- You must own or have rights to everything you post. Plagiarism results in removal and may lead to account termination.
- The Service includes optional AI-powered writing tools. You are responsible for reviewing and standing behind anything you publish, whether or not you used those tools while writing.
- Content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or deliberately misleading is prohibited and will be removed.
3. Earnings Program
InkRoar shares a portion of advertising revenue with eligible writers. Earnings are calculated from qualified views, read time, and engagement on your published posts, as measured by our systems. Figures shown in your dashboard are estimates until finalized at the end of each calendar month.
- Payouts require a minimum balance of $50 and are processed monthly on or around the 15th.
- Artificial traffic — bots, view exchanges, click farms, self-clicking ads — voids the related earnings and may terminate your account.
- Revenue share percentages may change; we will announce changes at least 30 days in advance.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings in your jurisdiction.
4. Referral Program
Our referral program pays bonuses on the creator earnings of writers you invite (Level 1) and writers they invite (Level 2). The program is strictly limited to two levels. Bonuses are paid from InkRoar's platform share and never reduce an invited writer's earnings.
- There is no fee to join InkRoar or the referral program, and no payment is ever required to participate.
- Referral bonuses accrue only when referred writers earn real, qualified creator earnings — never for signups alone.
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, and incentivized signups without genuine activity void the related bonuses.
5. Advertising
The Service displays advertising, including ads from third-party networks and direct advertisers. Ad placements are labeled as sponsored content. Advertisers must comply with our advertising policies; we may reject or remove any ad at our discretion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Manipulating votes, views, comments, or any engagement metric.
- Scraping the Service or harvesting user data without written permission.
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation.
- Interfering with the Service's security or operation.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If your account is terminated for fraud or abuse, unpaid balances tied to the violation are forfeited; legitimately earned balances above the payout minimum will be paid out.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Earnings depend on readership and advertising markets and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkRoar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
